SHARED StaahMax 'Max' engine folder (React SPA, *.mybookingsite.io / bookings.<hotel>.com/inst/).
One folder serves ALL StaahMax hotels, keyed by the ?key=<accId>-<accKey> in the embed tag.

Enable a new StaahMax hotel by adding its accId to BOTH allowlists:
  - BoosterNotification.js  -> BWNotScriptAllowedForAccommodations   (gates popups)
  - BoosterBooking.js       -> AScriptAllowedForAccommodations       (gates booking capture)
  and add its display name to BWStaahMaxHotelNames (BoosterBooking.js) for the loyalty modal.

Currently enabled StaahMax hotels: 13975 Domain Bahrain, 100392 Mayfair, 100462 Prime Asia,
13980 Swiss Intl Lahore, 13985 The Monarch Navi Mumbai.

Embeds: Mayfair -> notificationscripts/staahmax (in site HTML). Domain -> notificationscripts/staahmaxbookings
(GTM-PN6SGZFC), which is a loader-only alias that bootstraps this folder. Recommend repointing Domain's
GTM to staahmax and deleting staahmaxbookings.
